Protects you from liability regarding fabric and third-party logistics.

1. Service & Delivery

  • Third-Party Logistics: Sillai Adda utilizes third-party partners (e.g., Porter, Uber, Local Couriers) for pickup and delivery. While we track all packages, Sillai Adda is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or rider unavailability.

  • Delivery Timelines: The "6-Hour" service is subject to slot availability. If we miss the deadline due to our internal delay, the "Urgent Surcharge" will be refunded.

2. Fabric & Liability

  • Damage Liability: In the rare event of fabric damage or loss during stitching or transit, Sillai Adda’s liability is strictly limited to 3 times the stitching charge of that specific garment. We do not reimburse the cost of the fabric or saree.

  • Fit Guarantee: We offer one free alteration if the fit does not match the provided sample/measurements. Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Payments & Cancellations

  • Pre-Payment: All orders require 100% advance payment to initiate the logistics and cutting process.

  • Cancellation:

    • Before Pickup: 100% Refund.

    • After Pickup (Before Cutting): Refund minus Logistics Charges (₹150).

    • After Cutting: No Refund.

4. Unclaimed Garments

  • Garments not accepted/collected by the customer within 30 days of completion will be forfeited or donated.
